- Custom Work: Shipping times for custom commissions vary depending on the complexity of the project. We provide an estimated completion date upon order confirmation, but this can be subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances. Once finished, your item will be shipped promptly with tracking information provided. If you have any questions, please reach out to us.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
